Terms & Condtions
- All quotes are valid for 10 days.
- Any additions/changes to approved quotes will be charged for accordingly.
- All orders to be finalised and confirmed 1 week before delivery date.
- A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure an order
- All remaining payments are to be made on or before delivery.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Delivery will be charged extra, and based on distance
- Cancellations: If cancelled before the week of delivery a 50% cancellation fee applies, If cancelled in the same week as the delivery date then a 80% fee of the total quote applies.
- IMPORTANTOnce delivery of goods has been taken, SmartieBox will not be held liable for any damages or breakages.
